I think there was one time I irrevocably deleted my will, but I wasn't under any suspicion at the time, so I was able to remake it.
I've had the experience of pressing CTRL+X by mistake several times, but there's a simple fix to that: press CTRL+V and you have your will back. (Sometimes I will press CTRL+X followed by CTRL+V intentionally, just to prove to myself that I've actually copied it rather than having my keystroke ignored).
An undo button is an obvious feature (ideally available as CTRL+Z); they've probably already added it to the Unity version, so I'm not too concerned, but they should obviously add it there if they haven't already.
Having "save" and "cancel" buttons instead of a "close" button is also a good idea - it will make it obvious to newbies that your will isn't saved until you close it. (Unless the Unity port changes that?)
