Spy wills are a problem yeah, but they would stay a problem regardless of font size. There's just too much mostly-useless info to put in them.

EDIT: Actually, I take that back somewhat. Using numbers instead of names is something that people hate, and that is indeed a really good way to shorten a will. But that's the only case of any will that isn't the normal N1 - N2 format that gets lynched.
