Gold lobby icon

Hi,

I was wondering why there is no lobby icon of the gold season when achieving gold at ranked matches.
There is a silver one, why not a gold one?

You only get it at the end of the season. This season is still ongoing so you won't get the lobby icon just yet.

Yup, it is a reward sent out when the season ends. I think you get a gold pet and townie skin too, along with a bunch of taunts, MP and the precious lobby icon, so that the diamond and masters icon users can taunt you for being too noob to grind all those hours to their status

The Ten Carat Tim and Marigold skins were rewards for reaching gold by the end of Season 2, whereas the Golden Doge pet was a reward for reaching gold by the end of Season 3.

Whether they will ever become obtainable again is unknown, although so far they have not repeated any prize distributions.

Although those particular icons might never be coming back, BMG will probably give us at least 1 cool new exclusive cosmetic apart from the Lobby Icon for reaching a certain ELO tier, so whoever wants in had better get grinding :D
Just some Sheriff who didn't claim until Day 5, and has no leads whatsoever

Maybe a gold T-shirt that says ''I grinded ranked for a year and all I got was this shirt'' ?
