Recently Cloudflare's DDoS protection had been re-enabled again by the developers.This unfortunately has caused some unintentional side-effects for the past 3 days (that are known) and will probably continue until the Developers address it.
This includes the following, which has been reported multiple times;
- Steam users cannot login using the green 'Login with Steam' button.
- Steam users cannot register a new account.
- Some Steam users cannot login and are stuck on 'Attempting to log in' indefinitely.
- Steam users linking their original pre-existing account to Steam is resulting in an indefinite loop of attempting to link said account.
- Users have paid for items, money has been deducted from their payment method(s), but they have not received said items.
- Forums went down for a short period of time. Might possibly occur again?
- TrialBot isn't working in the Appeals forum. Reports are having to be collected by staff manually and posted.
- Mobile users cannot connect to play the game. The server has went down twice for them.
- Facebook users may ocassionally be prevented from connecting. This seems to be a toss-up of 50/50.
The Developers have been alerted to these issues, however it has been a long holiday weekend. While it isn't much, all we can do is ask you guys to keep trying (with the exception of purchases made) and send an email to the Developers; info@blankmediagames.com and let them know what your specific issue is.
**If you're a Steam user who uses the green 'Login with Steam' button, it's recommended you attempt to login manually with the login field, with your username and password.**
If there's an issue you're experiencing that isn't listed here, be sure to report it both in the Bug Report forum (or the Steam Bug Report Forum if you're using Steam), and in an email (linked above) to the Developers so they can fix any of the issues produced by CloudFlare.
