I could get onboard with everyone but the SK losing death notes. I'd miss them a bit because of the silliness you can do with them, but realistically it would be:

1. A severe nerf to the town, who can no longer rely on evils outing each other quite so easily.

2. Something of a nerf to the Mafia, who won't be able to use them to out other evils.

3. A significant buff to all NK roles, who are now less likely to be outed, especially to the SK, who would now be the only one who can out immune rivals safely.

...however. This would particularly buff the Arsonist, who currently cannot realistically be found in any other way, only by having their immunity hit and by process of elimination (not viable in all situations or modes, and hopefully something that will go away when the Ranked role list is tweaked). So if this were done, I would strongly suggest reverting both the Arsonist changes.

Man, I feel like Cato the Elder here. Furthermore, we must revert the arsonist changes! But I'm serious here. This would be removing one of the few remaining ways an Arsonist can be caught.

The witch change is really great.
It reduces the Witch's possible fakeclaims, but that 1-shot shield really saves your ass in cases you get targeted N1.

The problem with Witch was surviving long enough to actually win. So yes, giving Witch the change everyone asked for is a lot better than keeping the change nobody asked for. Alas, they're keeping the shield and Consig ability.

When I go home I'm going to hop on the servers, try to get Jester, then loudly claim that the Consig ability was removed.

Yes. There is absolutely no way to avoid getting killed by the jester if they pick you to die.

Also, it's still generally a very bad thing for Pestilence to get hit by a Jester:

1. If nobody dies to a Jester, everyone will know that one of the Guilty people must be Pestilence (and if there's only one Guilty voter, they'll know exactly who it is.)

2. Anyone in the dead chat will see who the Jester picked and will therefore immediately know if they're Pestilence, allowing them to inform the living via Mediums or the Retributionist. (Do dead people whose corpses are controlled by the Necromancer get to send an updated death note from the dead? I never saw it tested.)

...so Pestilence still has strong reasons to avoid voting guilty on a Jester, which is what matters. It's not a big deal compared to Pestilence's other capabilities.

Well the Jester might let it go random, or not tell who they're haunting, but it's still not a good risk to take.

I have a question regarding gameplay within these changes.

What will happen if an amnesiac remembers an unique role and a retributionist revives the player with same unique role in the same night?

Amnesiac cannot remember unique town roles.
But it was previously that the remembering of the Amne failed.
