3/7-8/17 Downtime

Hey Everyone,

We are sorry for the downtime. We were having some issues with Rackspace, but everything should be working now! We are going to be making sure everything is looking good, and once we know everything is good we will be trying to do our patch for 1.5.11

Please don't double-post. Merged your two posts.

Also remember that PTR will likely go down once the patch is complete, so if you suddenly lose connection, it's because PTR was closed.

At first I thought that this was saying that there would be downtime until August 17...

It wasn't so bad. It started working when I checked it after I woke up.

That's what I thought too lol. But it means downtime from the 7th to 8th of March this year, right?

You really, really should dump Rackspace. I heard they're completely ripping you off on hosting costs and you're just passing that onto the players instead of trying to do anything about it. There are better, less overpriced hosts out there. You just have to actually look.
