The Forum flair gets added when you redeem the code in-game.

Pretty sure flairs aren't added instantly, unless my 2014 memory is failing me. I think it's slightly delayed, but it happens after the code is redeemed, yeah. I remember seeing people get it before others, and waiting for it after redeeming the code.

Blake gave me a list of all the people and I had to manually add them in 2014. I'm assuming it'll be automatic now since the survey didn't even ask about in-game names.

If it's automatic then it's definitely taking its time.

They're probably waiting a week or two for everyone to redeem their codes...or something

The codes were all sent. The last comment left was this:

"Actually you guys should wait to email us until we send out our next update. We will be posting another one tomorrow that will be at the point at which everyone should have the codes, and if they aren't there then you should email us. Be on the lookout for the next update!"

So looks like anyone who hasn't received their code upon the release of Update #18 should email them.

Hey Townies!
Last night we began sending out emails with the digital reward codes in them. If you haven't received yours yet, you have checked your spam and have checked the email that is linked to your KICKSTARTER account then we can send you your code manually.
The best way for us to do this is not by email. You would have to send a bunch of information via the email to prove who you are. Instead let's do this:
If you haven't received your code or have some problem with your code, please send us a message on Kickstarter. That way we can easily look up your reward tier and proof you backed and get you your code through those messages.

Thanks for being patient with us. Sending out any codes that failed to be emailed will be time consuming but they will all be out soon.

Just received my code, but when I try to redeem it I hear the success sound but no screen follows it and the rewards aren't in my account. Have tried this both in the Steam and browser version, sent another Kickstarter message. Anyone else having this issue?

Yeah, multiple times. Same thing happens. Bright and cheerful sound but the screen doesn't change and my rewards aren't in my loadout.

Hey Townies!
We have figured out a technical issue with the emails sent out to Witch ($35) and Mafia ($65) tier backers. We are working on a fix and will be sending you a replacement code tonight (within the next few hours). If you already got your code and successfully redeemed it, you are set! For those not able to redeem your code or have yet to receive an email, give us a little more time and we will get you straightened out.
Note: If you are a Pilgrim ($20) tier backer and have tried your code but it failed, please try again!

...and I haven't even entered my code yet, much less actually played the game.

I still haven't really touched the game in a long time, but holy cow I can't wait to get ToS moving in a good direction balance-wise. It has so much potential to be a fun, mainstream Mafia style game, even if it will never be the most balanced (all power roles, no cits/goons). Plus, BMG are pretty cool guys.
