I had asked about a free shirt being part of the prizes, however with shipping costs and all that (especially if the winner does not live in America), admins said no. :(

He made the designs, not BMG so I don't know what goes on there. If BMG should get royalties or something iunno.

Unless BMG says it's cool or he asked them before hand he has 0 rights to any money earned. At least as far as Canadian law is concerned.

Question: Why only one design winner. I could see giving out prizes to the best voted design and having it featured on the store but it would be so cool to see a collection of user submitted shirts in the store as well.
Just my opinion though

You could make it so everyone has one vote, and the top ___ are featured, but the number is only due to quality of the shirts.

May we have an example of the format we can use to submit it? Eg, should there be a back, does it matter if there's a background, etc.

Back is optional, as well as background.

I think that you should mostly just worry about the main design and they can probably deal with possible background and placement of the design.
The design is more of the concept and not the actual shirt.

Though if you do have a background then it probably won't look good on some coloured shirts so you can have no background at it'll work on most every colour imo.

Step 1: Take skin preview from patch notes.
Step 2: Use photo editor with lasso to outline skin.
Step 3: Invert selection.
Step 4: Remove everything else.

Ruin the edges of the image >.< It would look real bad blown up on a shirt.

Also if you have the game on steam you can look at the game files in flash probably by navigating to \Steam\steamapps\common\TownOfSalem\ or something to find the files and if you are savvy enough the character files should be easy enough to be found and everything is vector (I would assume since it's a flash game) so you can blow it up as much as you like and export it to photoshop to do your editing.

step 5: file > export selection
