Ok your school is mean. We have laptops with the oppurtunity to download whatever we want. The only place where I can't play TOS and download adobe air is at the library. I can still use their Wi-Fi though

I didn't notice it until yesterday that they officially changed the login screen back to normal.

When you're manually copying-pasting over 8,000 codes, it takes time, however, I'm sure it'll come today. I think they might have just gotten a little delay. Remember, 2 people sending out over 8,000 codes isn't exactly the quickest way.
Also remember that Rome wasn't built in a day.

Yes I saw that. I had to go though 5 minutes before it restarted. (Packing for Sydney)
