Updated Password Requirements

Hey Townies!

Several months ago we increased the password requirements for new accounts to be a minimum length of 10, upper and lower case letters, at least one number and at least one special character. We would like all accounts to adhere to this new password standard and will be flagging all accounts for a password reset. Sorry for the inconvenience.
