Recent Purchase Issues

Hello Townies,

We have recently fixed an issue with our mobile Android purchases. We are aware and sorry for any inconvenience this caused. If you had a purchase that went through on Android, but it was not granted, then your items should be there now. If you had a purchase succeed, and the items are still not there, then I recommend you email us with the following information:

Your username
A copy of the receipt for the purchase

There is currently a backlog of emails, but we will get to you as soon as possible.
