Yesterday was playing ranked ToS (10th game for rank) and got my "10th win" (but it was a draw so it gave me a bronze rank (unfortunatly i didnt screenshoted time stamp)

How ever this morning i was playing from my phone and got a win (11th) and game gave me a rank - Diamond (see 2nd screenshot link)

P.s. Draw is counted as Lose so it shows 5 loses for me (how ever i have finished only 10 games at the time when 2nd screenshot was taken)
Question is: is this a bug or mechanic build in game?
