This is likely connectd to the cache, which means clearing the browsers cache might help. Its also known that Chrome's Pepper Flash can have some issued with the game as well.
These kind of isses affecting only the Flash client won't be really looked at, since a new client is coming up to replace the flash client for Steam and Web.
