Dead BG recieves strange night messages

I was Body Guard killed by Mafia + Jan on night 2. After Day 3 and upon the start of night 3, I noticed a couple of Game Messages that do not belong to Body Guard let alone a dead one.

I got:

"You Dragged your target off to jail!"[white text]
"You have slain a town member so you can't attack again" [green text]

I think it's a problem with flash, not the actual game

The source is unknown, as it was not tried to be tracked, instead the time got spent into continuing to develop the unity client.
