Spy Bug

Ok so I just got out of a game where I found a bug and felt the need to immediately share this

So I was spy and bugged GF on N2 before dying like the image shows below

Now I believed that nothing happened to them, but then GF claimed to have been rb'd and escort confirmed it upon being hung. I asked GF after his death if he could send me a screenshot of N2 to confirm whether it was a bug or not and this confirms my doubts.

Is this a known bug or is it new?

I beleive its a known thing that Spies somehow don't see bugresults upon their death. There is another slighti ssu regarding missing bug results, but how and why is yet to know.
