Stuck in home screen while game plays out

I got stuck in at the home screen while the game played out. I did not get sent to the name choosing lobby and I did not get sent to the "town" screen once the roles were chosen. However, I could hear all the sound effects like the game thought I was still in it. I could click on the items in the home screen and they worked. I was also able to see the messages that appear in the forefront of the game, wills, death notes, and also the people still alive list in the bottom right. I could click on people's names in the bottom right. My internet connection isn't the best, so that may have played a part. There was a delay after I accepted the ranked match of about 7 seconds, so I thought I hadn't clicked it or something, so I hit the play button on the home screen again. That may have confused the player. Anyways, I know what you're all thinking, did I at least win? Yes, yes I did.

So my browser is blocking the images, but from what you are having it could be a disconnect from the servers? When I played on my laptop I had a problem with delays, and that was because of internet problems. The thing which is new to me is that you could still kind of play.

I believe this is caused by either a cache error, or Flash bugging to display the wrong background.
Since the Flash client is going to be replaced in some time, any issues that are limited o that one are not going to be fixed, I apologize.
