payment bug

Hello,
I made a payment and still can't play. It's like nothing happened. Got confirmation on my e-mail. If this post is in wrong section it's just because i can't see any help section. After few minutes i got mail that my payment was refunded. My question is how can I play this game?

Was there any info given why your payment has been refunded?
You could play the game when you buy mobilepremium, webpremium, or buy the game on Steam and link your account with it. When you payment gets through, that is.
I know that payment via paymentwall on web may take some time.

No, there was no messege why it was refunded. The transaction was for webpremium

A payment being refunded is not a bug of the game, since the payments are done via a third party provider.
