High CPU usage

I would like to address a problem that might not be new at all and some of you might already have...high CPU usage. Town of Salem uses a very high percentage of my CPU (80%-90%) AND I have no idea about what I should do... I have turned off many of the settings like user logs and V-sync... but it still doesn't work... I have a Ryzen 7 5800X that is pretty much a beast and can run a game in 100 fps easily with no lag... however in this case Town of Salem just defeats it. It feels like Town of Salem is a special application made to highly solicitate the CPU.


Please if you have any tips on how I may solve this problem please tell me.
