WHOLE ACCOUNT WHIPPED

So, I usually play on my account a few times a week...I logged in this morning my whole account was just like I started today. All the skins I had bought gone... Scrolls and progress from doing dailies gone! Anyone else had this problem? What do I need to do? This is upsetting I've played this game for years.
