Can't connect to game

I can't play on the website a day after purchasing coven. Everytime I try to connect, it just tells me that it's connecting to server... then times out with an abnormal disconnection. Anything to do?

Same thing's happening to me but at my school. Maybe disable any VPNs or something? It could have your IP marked as spam or something
