Did not get the "Ouch!" achievement despite shooting myself

Hi, in a game I played earlier I was the Vigilante. A Witch controlled me into myself, causing me to shoot myself. However, despite this, I did not get the achievement for "Ouch!", which requires a Vigilante to shoot themselves.

I have took screenshots of my game to prove my claims:

Please retrospectively award me the achievement if possible
If not, please fix the issue so that if such incidents happen again I will be able to get the achievement
