I CAN'T LOG IN

I was suspended for 7 days under false pretenses, I doubt the people who reported me got reported or suspended themselves. After my unfair suspension, I am unable to login in. I reset my password, my username is spelled correctly, but I can't log in. It only says "abnormal disconnection"
