I have just downloaded the game and I tried to buy the 9.99 deal for the coven expansion and the no adds and everything else. Well it was telling me that I already owned this item, even though this is my first time ever playing this game. What do I do from here?

Try uninstalling and reinstalling, that seems to fix most issues.

If on Mobile: Are you sharing or using someone else's android/apple account?
