Shows as rotten, but they don't do anything

Wait so what's the bug? The vampires do nothing when using or the rotten function isn't working?

they do nothing if vampires still exist in play. (only the youngest can bite) If there are no vamps in play, you can turn a townie with a dead one, or kill a maf.

I have successfully turned a VH turned vigi into a vamp using necromancer.

This makes sense actually, I remember ages ago as Necro using a vamp and thought I had recreated the apocalypse, but later found out I didn't.

Unless its been changed, necromancers can indeed use vampires and can create vampires. I can vividly remember games where vampires win because necro accidentally made a vampire army. Either you were pirated, or there were already slive vampires that interfered with your use of the dead vampire

Can confirm. I did a stupid once as a Necro where I used a vampire on someone thinking they were mafia and instead got stuck with a new vampire army.

Even when the VH is now a Vigilante, using a Vampire as a Necromancer doesn't work anymore.

I'd love to see some screenshots so I can check to confirm.
