can't vote up, can't use night ability

in multiple games i've had, there has been a game-long glitch where i could not vote anyone up or use my night ability. i could still vote guilty or inno on someone.
it pretty much happens when i am loading browser tab(s) that can take longer to load like facebook, youtube, even tinder
thing is tho, i play tos in steam so why is it doing this - i feel like its still something that devs should address altho i can be careful not to be loading tabs when i accept ranked queue. when this has happened also a handful of times i have not even been able to see my name or role; it just says [role] and something like Player #001
so far ive mostly not lost any games due to the glitch, but its not fair to my teammates. leaving i heard gives an automatic -30 ELO so i stay even tho i'm mostly useless

This is a problem with your client not loading assets properly. Try to make sure you don't tab out when the game is loading, and that you don't strain your network usage so much that the game doesn't have time to load in all the assets.

sure, but i mean the game is unplayable on firefox browser, and i'm not switching browsers just to play. just think devs should address the issue since its known

The Devs can't fix things on your end, though. And assets not loading is on your end, not on the server.

And no one's telling you to switch browsers, you said you played on Steam. Just make sure your connection is stable, don't tab out of the game while it's loading, and make sure you're not capping your network usage.
