Payed Twice for service I didn't receive(I want a refund)

So Basically I wanted to play and had to pay for Premium, So i payed for Premium and Coven extension, but I got nothing.
So I Payed again for the same Service, same thing my money was taken again but I got nothing so the least you can do is refund the money I sent for said services I didn't receive.

Hello.

Are you sure ChaoticBeast is the correct account you purchased the premium for? I'm seeing nothing on your account, including the Town Points for getting premium even once out of the attempted two times.

If your money has been taken out of your payment method used and you're 100% certain ChaoticBeast is the correct account, please send an email to the Community Manager via;
support@blankmediagames.zendesk.com and open a support ticket.

Please include the username, both proofs of purchases, and ask them how to proceed from there.

Okay I just got the Service I payed for but if possible can you refund me one of the payments I made, I sent an E-mail to the reffered address you told me about.

Hello again.

If you will reply to your ticket you've created, let them know that you spoke to Levin, and they will be willing to refund you the second purchase of premium. I okay'd this ahead of time with the Community Manager, so just let him know you're the one involved in the mess and he'll give the refund. :)
