I just noticed that my elo resets to 1 every time I relog on the game. I took 2 screenshots to prove it, one before and one after. You can tell they were taken right after each other due to the timer on "First Win of the day bonus available in" countdown. Why is this happening?

no, I got banned for doing that and haven't done it since. I am playing properly and as you can see from the photos I linked I literally relog and it resets my elo. It makes playing ranked pretty pointless as no matter how much I gain if I relog it just gets reset to 1
