getting DCed or game freezing

Ok, so basically what had happened is 3 times today I would join the ranked queue and all would go well until i press accept. What would happen is once i would press accept the game would freeze in both steam and the browser version. It would go to the point where I would join the game and then it would "Disconnect me" when after the first time i restarted my router to make sure it wasnt and internet problem and it wasnt. I then restarted my computer to make sure it wasnt a problem from me. So today basically what happened was I lost 90 elo for no apparent reason at all, but because of a game bug this has never happened to me before until now.
