i cant log in (Abnormal Disconnection)

Hei, so it is been 3 days since i cant play
When i tried to log in, pop up message Abnormal Disconnection come up.
I tried to log in with Facebook, to play a new account. But same message still pop up

If you could hit f12 and click console tab when it happens and post a screenshot of what that says that might help Devs. You still unable to log in?

Have you cleared your cache? Or tried another browser?

i cleared it but still cant play. i also tried to play using firefox, but it is same, i still cant play it :/
