Can't play the game

I have no idea what to do about https://imgur.com/a/6wgRaiy i cleared my catch i rest my password i have gotten this message everyday every time i try to log in and its been happen for at less three week's i thought it was a bug but TOS had updates and patches and it still gives me that i hope to hear from a mod+ would help alot thanks

Kinda is "cant play the game" i get a pop up message when i try to log in different message but still the same problem
