IS THERE A FIX FOR THIS BUG?

I keep getting this BUG when the game stops working and the screen turns BLUE like in the LOADING SCREEN. Is there any FIX for this? Is the problem from ME or from the SERVER??

I do have a screenshot, I can't find a way to send it though.. It's also written to the right that '(img)' is OFF.
It's literally a blue screen that has waves (or a cloud, I can't tell) with two shades of blue, you get this at the very beggining of logging in when it's at 0% Loading. Again, this problem only started to happen after the new update and I lost a LOT of elo because of it.

It might not be a server issue, only when the message is about the connection being forcible closed by the remote host @Yumi.
A screenshot is usually be shared by uoloading to an image hosting site and link it here afterwards.

This keeps happening to me too, it’s physically impossible for me to finish a game and I reported this same issue via the forums almost 2 weeks ago. To be honest it’s damn right pissing me off now as I’ve spent money to play the game.

Yeah, still happens. I’ve figured it happens most often the more you click around the screen - i.e. clicking on and off chat logs, wills, etc. But then strangely enough it can happen as soon as you join a game? 2 weeks down the line and still no solution

Yes I've got EXACTLY the same thing, you think you're done with it and then it happens d1 or d2... I'm back to 1000 elo, lost at the very least 400 elo just from this bug..

It happend two times in 2 games in a row now, and for the first time I got this error message as well .
