I've encountered way too many freezes and abnormal disconnects ever since you updated the browser game to Unity. I have lost a ton of ELO due to this. It is unfair.
I would recommend pausing the ELO penalties for now, it is not fair to constantly lose ELO due to this.

Still having the same disconnect issues.

One of them is "abnormal connection". The other is memory low, which is bizarre. I am using the browser with no other applications/programs running so it makes no sense.

Which browser are you using to access the game?
For the abnormal disconnection, could you sent the logs in the console (usually accessible via using the F12-key) to support@blankmediagames.zendesk.com or post them on this thread so this could be looked into?
