Login Facebook problem

Hello, so one day I tried logging in with my Facebook account and it didn't let me login.It said you need to password reset. My Facebook is linked to town of Salem. That's how I registered on the site I used my Facebook account. I don't know what to do.. I tried emailing them and nothing. Its been 3 months

Have you retried logging in with Facebook recently?

yes! A message like " you must reset your password before playing. please request a password email here: request password reset. My account was never linked to an email only my Facebook.

That is odd, as usually would the status of "needs passwordchange" be ignored when you attempt to login with Facebook or Steam.
