Didn't receive bought product

I bought the Jack Frost and penguin bundle for $0.99, but didn't receive it.
The payment wall said that the payment went through.

If it doesn't add to your account in 24 hours from purchase, please email the Developers at;
info@blankmediagames.com

Be sure to include your username, proof of purchase (receipt), and make sure to respond to the automatic email that will be sent back to you after your original email so that the Developers know you need help.
