Shop Bug

I used the merits to purchase the infernal portal, but upon the reduction of my merits, no such item appeared in my customisation options. I would like to know if I can get my merits back or receive the purchase I made.

Do you have any screenshots by chance?
Have you tried relogging?
Are you using the flash client (browser) or the unity client (Steam, Mobile)?

This happened on the browser version of TOS, I did try relogging and clearing my cache, both did not work. I unfortunately don't have any screenshots on this bug.

Is the item still displayed in the shop for you as available?
Have you checked your house skins, for one that wasn't there before and thus might have misclicked and bougt a different one?

I made a purchase for one of the deals about 24 hours ago now and I still never got the items, everytime I log in it tells me the purchase was successful (which it was) but that it didn't give me the items, to relog, I've reloged like 15 times

Same happens and he developers won't contact me back and are being usless. If anyone can help please do.

There is currently a backlog of about 3-4 weeks, so you'll have to be patient.

The devs haven't given up on thsi game, they are simply busy with getting the game fixed, I apologize for the dismay.
