Big Eyes achievement glitch

I was a spy in a ranked game and bugged someone and got this "A bodyguard attacked your target but someone nursed them back to health" meaning a BG attacked them but doctor healed them back. The Big Eyes achievement is where you see someone get healed but I didn't get it from this. We had a confirmed doctor heal my target and the person I bugged was mafioso attacked by BG.

Thanks for reporting this bug! Unfortunately Achievements are quite low on the current to-do list for the Developers, but we might see a fix for this in the future.
