I CAN'T PLAY THIS GAME!!! (Account related.)

Hello,
I know my password for the game, but when I log in on the website it says I must reset my password.
I have linked my steam account and have played with it before and when I try to play on steam it won't let me.

I'm not sure what email is on my account, so when I try to reset my password, it gives me not a known email address. Can someone help me get my account back? Thanks.

Yes I did, I've emailed them maybe 10 times. I need my account to be linked with my email address. I have gotten no real reply.

Did you respond to the automated reply?
Please keep in mind that sending multiple messages has no positive effect, as then the mails could be deemed as "spam".
