Game blocked, i can't go on

Hi, sorry, it's my THIRD time i get a game blocked in a Ranked, so i lost another time 30 points. (Screenshot: https://imgur.com/a/jF66wKk). How could it be resolved this problem? I clear my cache memory so often. Can i get back my 30 points also? I'm sick of losing when I have the best roles

What do you mean to be "blocked"? as in the game froze and doesn't continue?
This is likely because the client lost connection to the sever, have you tried a wired connection and reduced your network traffic?

Yes, the game froze and doesn't continue to work (only the timer for the next phase goes on), i have a wired connection and no, i don't reduce my network traffic. My internet network performance is about 6ms ping, 100Mbps for download, 25Mbps for upload (screenshot: https://imgur.com/a/m3oAmhD).
idiotic thought, it's the second time that happens when i'm jester, and never happened when i am mafia faction. i play with mafia roles so much often compared to the town roles.

Ps: In my opinion, losing 30 points for every time it happens, i think it's too penalizing

The game cannot determine how you left the game and leavers get the elo penalty.
The connectivity issues are not looked into atm, as there is a new client already in the beta phase, which is going to replace the current one.
