I cant reset my password

I am having a problem reseting my password

I was trying to login today and it said i had to reset my password, i clicked the link and entered my email, it said my email wasn't linked to a town of salem account.
After that i tried to look if i had the wrong email but it was still the exact same one… Does someone know how to fix this?

I beleive you have to contact bmg via info@blankmediagames.com about this. Please keep in mind that there might be a higher response time than usual.

Update: I have still not found a solution, BMG has only sent me an auto reply that didnt help much and after all this time it is still not fixed. If anyone from BMG sees this can you fix this issue? Thank you

I doubt it would be faster that way.

I just want to play the game again. It is not fun knowing it might never get fixed. If BMG would notice its an issue they might fix it

We can't just put people to the front of the line. As you can imagine, everyone who e-mailed BMG did so for a reason. And while to you, your issue might be the worst, but to the other people, their issue is.

So for now, you will just have to be patient and wait.

After all this time i think i am just gonna give up on this game. Nothing has been done in all these months and it doesn't look like there ever wil be.
