I need help. Desperately.

Just got this game. Literally bought the expansion packs on august 19th and now I don’t have the expansions and I got robbed 10 dollars. If a dev or someone can help me that would be amazing. Thank you

I'd advise you to read this thread for info on what to do if you don't receive a bundle/username you purchased.
No reply to your support ticket after 15 business days? PM me with your ticket number.
You may PM me for clarifications on appeal verdicts, but keep in mind the verdict will not change.

So I’ve emailed them and have gotten no response. Can you help me out with this? Emailed them again today but I’m not sure I’ll get a response again
