Arsonist dousing bug

Hello. I forgot to grab a screenshot, but if it comes back again I can grab it to show you. I had a game where I was Arsonist and tried to douse someone in jail. I couldn't douse them since they were jailed (they didn't die when I ignited), but they did show up as doused after I attempted to visit them in jail.
