Thats not what Taylork does but close enough.

Honestly my gut is telling me -Tsumugi, Angie, and maybe K1B0 or Rantaro.

Tsumugi - I just cant see how slowing down people getting perks is ever a town role.

Angie - The more we talk, the more it seems unlikely we are both Commuters, and if we both are, its even more unlikely thats all you got for abilities. The PR could easily be a lie.

K1B0 because I read him as a scummy a bit. But I dont like Rantaros abilities either.

All this being said, I want the last two HCs

Atua doesn't buy it, particularly for Ryoma, perhaps some of it but it just seems too scummy to be true and too over the top.

That is basically covered by the vengeful aspect anyways which doesn't make it any better.
