Med was a pain yes. I should have just asked you guys if you wanted to get spoiled and removed from being able to send stuff for the med.
Mod Rant Spoiler:Before we start except for the afks you guys were all good, don't sweat it. First off i would like to apologize to watchme1 for not processing their role swap correctly when giving out the results. It was completely my mistake and at that point the only thing I could do is replace them out due to having accidentally revealed a mafia. Again my fault entirely can't apologize enough for doing this, If someone runs this setup again I suggest you have the current roles of everyone listed separately away from the main spreadsheet of information to avoid this. With that out of the way, don't think there was any other mod errors aside from missing someone voting someone else during the EOD wagons. One thing I felt was a mistake was how the end of d1 was handled, was not enough vote counts and Im sorry to the mafia for not making things clear enough in time, made the mistake of trying to deal with replacing someone out at the same time who had only now just read the prod messages, which in hindsight i should have just dealt with after. On to the topic of afks, I felt I mostly replaced out in time but there was a few cases where I felt I slipped with letting people get away with being afk to long. towards the end, I should have been more active towards replacing out before i did. Still finding replacements was a pain, but I'd rather pause the game like I did then mod kill any slot.
Now for the game mechanics itself. First thing, just don't include med like this again, was a massive pain not being able to spoil the dead players due to the ts slot being in play and then with the med dead a med message being in play. Honestly, in hindsight a different role for the ts slot here would have been much better, Med didn't have any use aside from just being a way to send funny messages, relies to much on pr's both having died and finding information before having even the slightest use. Ambusher, I'm a little unhappy it wasn't used but in all honesty as a mafia head, its kind of weak compared to the other two. Needs to be reworked (again) or just replaced with an overall better mafia head. Other then that the other roles were fine in how they reacted in this situation, the citizen / ascetic situation helped to cause a little confusion with the ti's like I had hoped and allowed a room of doubt with the silencer to do there thing. Onto the role list itself, i don't think it's to unbalanced maybe decreasing town by one citizen could help, but overall there is not much you can do when a ti finds 3 mafia and gets a gun to shoot one of them, you can't plan around that sort stuff.
Honestly hosting was a bit draining but not as much as i expected it to be, i had fun even if i died inside when having to send some of the night results.
