Or I claim I have no commutes left and that you didn't poison me to frame me.
If I am SK and I let myself get poisoned that means a loss.

There's no reason not to nolynch. We go from 3v1 to 2v1 and that could help a lot. Plus, if SirCakez is town, his poison would be helpful as well.

if Cakez is going to poison me I have no reason to want to no-lynch, because either Cakez is town and he gets lynched, resulting in 2 town dying(as well as a third town with the nightkill) and guaranteeing a sk win or Cakez is town, and we Lynch him today, meaning Anti is the SK, and then Anti can't nightkill either of us because of your vest and my commutes.

but from an objective PoV, and with the assumption that I am correct on Cakez, then yes, a No-lynch is a viable option to still win, it just means that if Cakez ISN'T SK, then we lose.
