I'd rather have the PRs be shielded by the cits than make a play that in 90% of cases is suicide for both JK and Nea

There is no cit shielding unless the 3rd person in that pool is citizen which we don't know

Kosmo's idea was okay if Javi didn't claim visitor, only problem with it is if 1 scum claims PR/Visitor then the Visitors / PRs will be forced to claim to try find where the wolf is CCing
