If anyone has doubts. Here are pros and cons.
Pros:
1. We will end up with 2 groups with 5 people and 6 people. We will know exactly how many scums are in each group. If we lynch scum from group of 5 it automatically lock-town 4 people.
2. Neopolitan will be checking only people from group of Citizen claims, so they won't waste time.
Cons:
1. Mafia have easier time finding Neopolitan.
