9-Qvapil - This is more a gut feeling than anything, but of the content there is, it all seems more or less decent. Probably should check up on that.
10-MoustachioMario - Page 16. Rivals Google for counter-productivity, but with less content.
11-SamuelJackson1972 - Not enough info. The little posts seem decent enough, even if half of them are "I exist you know!" Might look into when the content picks up a bit more.
12-TheLastEvangelist - Probably the easiest person to scumread right now, which I'm sorry to say. Clueless, contentless, jesting, very not good.
14-Phone0Ix - The only reason I'm not voting Phone is because this is almost his town meta (which sucks).
15-ZzFifthElementzZ - Can't tell. Replaced with little more than yelling at Google.
16-PipMcGee - Exactly one SoD Post. Also doesn't exist anymore.
17-PokemonKidRyan - There isn't much there, but what of it seems promising but a little fluffy. Will look into later when there's more content

Before any of you yell at me, yes I know that I too have little content, which why I null/neutral read a few people, and part of why I scumread Evangelist. I understand I am also guilty of this. I really don't expect to be townread right now.

My gangsta thing was about Google's whole "everscum/ganggang" thing, which is all I caught while catching up other than skimming the walls. I would do it tomorrow, but tomorrow is EoD (which I will actually miss sadly, it happens at 11 AM for me, during which I'm in class without service). I'm going to place my vote on Evangelist right now, when I wake up tomorrow I'll check in and see if y'all want me to move (that'll be in around 8 hours if you care), which I will do. During night phase I'll look at gangsta and maybe tfios as well, get back to you D2 assuming I'm alive.

The reason I put Phone and Google in the last slot is because they can both flip either way, while most everyone else either doesn't exist or is too lean town.
Town!Phone looks like Tonw!Phone from SFM56, but that Town!Phone is an idiot and this Phone (Scum!Phone possibly) isn't quite so much of an idiot. If Phone is scum, so is Mario 100% because of their reads.
Google is too...outspoken to be effective scum, but too meme-y to be effective town.

If I had to provide reads now (10 - Top Town. 1 - Top Scum). 5 is Null perhaps lean scum. 6 is Null perhaps lean town. Also, yes, I know there are a lot in lean scum but *shrugs*
