i'm assuming since nightkill is assigned that you wouldn't be able to neighborize and nk at the same time
which should probably be verified with chit because i don't trust that his interpretation of things is the standard
at which point all that matters is that you successfully neighborize, and the person you neighborize will claim that it was successful

also because chito interpretted the night actions incorrectly via a mod error, since sparking was jailed, there is a chance he did try to visit dota, but it didn't work
so i'll give him the benefit of the doubt
