The amount of unofficial warnings he had to give me for this game was obsurd. We were always in contact because I was consistently pming him my thought processes per his request. I alone was a handful for him, so sorry for that :C

I deserve being blamed. Obviously I fucked up hard. heres the thing, everyone saying that my marshal claim would've been believable is lying, blind to the hindsight bias. The moment I claimed marshal I would've gotten hung, especially with how d2 went. My marshal claim would not have been believable. You guys need to stop saying things in hindsight, because we all know that in the moment we don't get this external bias.

I guess I'm going to start by talking about D1. I figured before this game even started that I wanted to play it a bit differently. IIRC every single time that I've claimed (which has been in every single one of my town games), ive always told the truth. That being said, I

wanted to start off with a lie, so I claimed bodyguard. It wasn't too far off from marshal, and marshal is a shit claim anyways since you should always claim something more powerful and useful imo for the town protective slot. It wasn't really getting many reactions,

because, like someone in the thread said, it was getting old and stale. It wasn't a surprise, and honestly without a D1 lynch there was no pressure to do anything other than talk, so no one was accusing me of anything. There was a bit of buddying, but honestly Ididn't want

to be getting buddied this early since I wanted genuine reactions, not meta based ones, so I claimed traitor. People didn't stop sheeping me, notably trueGent, and this is where my initial scumread on him started. I realized that people would come to investigate me and

find out that I wasn't actually anything that I've claimed after someone said that I should be investigated tonight, and I couldn't have that happening so I was kinda forced to panic claim veteran as well. It wasn't the best start, but honestly it ended up working out fine. I

wouldn't be getting attacked by the Mafia, there would be speculation and conversation regarding my role and alignment, and honestly that was all great. It's what I wanted. I got reads out of it, correct reads might I add on both varanus and Gent, and so did others.

People started associating, and it was good. I was speaking to a qualified spectator of this game about my reads (I was simply speaking to a wall type of thing, he wasn't responding or anything, he was just curious to see what I was thinking) and I remember saying to him

after D1 "If rick is scum, he's the smartest one right now on the mafia team, but I really don't want him to be scum", so I'm going to take credit for that as well I guess. Honestly day two wasn't very exciting. TrueGent and Varanus kept at it regarding their buddying,

Varanus kept being quite obvious about seeding everything, and I mislynched FF. I felt so shitty after that lynch, and when I went back and looked at the wagon, and not surprisingly I saw varanus and gent on there, so I figured that would be my focus for D3. N2 shit went

down and I really should have given it more thought than I did. When I got the result that I slept peacefully but saw FML dead I was confused as fuck. I pm'd obi about it possibly being a mistake, but he assured me it wasn't. I figured either I stopped a janitor or FML was

transported. I went to go look at who was RB'd from N1, but the only one was TrueGent who I had marked as traitor the moment I saw leyva dead. This is why I wanted to get a mass claim going on D3. I wanted to figure out what the fuck had happened at FML's house. I

wanted to see if anyone claimed to have RB'd FML, anyone claimed to have watched/otherwise visited. I wanted to see who was claiming transporter and who they were claiming to have transported. As you can see by how I reacted to it, the moment that moon even first

said she needed to PM obi I knew exactly what she was going to claim and what she was going to claim to have done. Notice my reaction to it. This is because I knew she was going to directly CC me. Now, based on how she reacted to the PM from obi, I wrongful meta read

that as her being town because no scum would be that oblivious to asking that question in the thread, but clearly I was wrong. I was trying to figure out what was happening with the transporting, but at the same time I wasn't comfortable with how my push on varanus

was going. Very few people were actually believing me and joining me in my push to lynch him, so I claimed sheriff because I knew some people in this town would take nothing but concrete evidence. That apparently hurt me though, as now that I had concrete night action

evidence the scum started to claim that a framer was responsible for my red result on varanus, notably rick, hip, and gent. I was trying to get him lynched, but when Mroz started pressuring me about my sudden change on reads to Moon being scum I felt that I needed to

reveal (although I should not have). I came to the conclusion right before I started getting pushed by Mroz that I had been wrong, the transporter had not lied, even though they are scum, and Moonbird clearly was the person who had tried to clean FML. By this time it

was too late though because I had pigeon-holed me into my sheriff claim, so trying to protect Fire while also trying to lynch Varanus became practically impossible. The scum were all arguing that it was a frame, and I could do nothing to refute it since everyone was

wondering where the extra TP was coming from. Eventually I decided that I had enough and I wouldn't be able to actually get varanus lynched in the current state of the game and I felt that trying to protect Fire was more important than trying to get varanus hung. That

thinking ended up getting me lynched, so I clearly had a mental fart there in that logic, but I finally claimed my real role to explain why Fire was innocent and why I had a scumread on moon. Unfortunately, because I did this everyone thought my read on Varanus suddenly

became invalidated. I tried to pull a "day parity cop" gambit, but clearly it failed because of my lack of dedication to the single sheriff claim in the late game. It was suspicious that I was buddying Fire so hard, and I couldn't cover under the scope of my sheriff claim why

I was doing that. Honestly I wish I had spent more time thinking before I claimed D3. It would've been smarter if I had pushed a moon lynch from the begining, although I think I would've failed even if I had done that. Because of me changing claims, y'all would've lynched

me (don't lie to yourselves, you would have), so I was very scared to full on honest claim, but it was the smarter move. This is all of my actions explained. Anything else that I see before I get hammered I can try to answer. My night actions were as I previously stated: N1

Shortcut N2: FML. I slept peacefully both nights. I am a town!Marshal.


After I die, the only way this game continues is if I was wrong about my read on leyva being town. In this case, this is the order in which town will lynch: Moonbird > Varanus > Rick > Gent (for time) > Hip (for time) > Last remaining mafia.

Literally, varanus' vote is the most evidence I can give you of which side is scum in this argument.
