You are not helping anyone at all by doing this
If you actually are town somehow you need to be defending yourself and trying not to be lynched rather than just saying "LYNCH THESE PEOPLE AFTER FSKSKVIBURVNCJ"

A rational town member shouldn't just be letting themselves get lynched, and actually scum hunt and push other lynches rather than OMGUS'ing the people that have called them out.

Quite frankly, even if the spectator hadn't confirmed you as scum prior to elusive checking you, they would have believed elusive over you due to their own reads.

Shilster wrote:I'm going to repost this:

If you still believe I'm scum, hang me, but lynch Spec and Elusive next.

Elusive, I positive there's a Framer of sorts. Maybe you're the framer since Farmer and Framer start wih Fs lol

Don't really know why you would have been framed or how a framer type role that more than likely operates at night would affect a day cop check
The letters don't even stand for actual role names this is just shade tbh you say to lynch elusive next then tell elusive you're positive there's a framer (indicating you do believe his check is genuine but you've simply been framed) then suggest that he's the framer for a stupid flavour related reason which is false anyway cos "F for framer" is impossible.

Anyway despite elusive's check, the spectator will say this again:
at least one of those targets were not visited by you or anyone else
so if you somehow are telling the truth it means something has gone wrong with the spectator's results

@anyone thoughts on the possibility of having some sort of role that hides visits somehow?

If he is in fact lying about one of his visits, would it also confirm timur as scum?

Shilster's flip isn't going to confirm timur as anything tbh, other than pretty much guaranteed not to be aligned with shilster

shilster wagon has two sheepish people on it, someone who is probably town and alts who is a counter wagon
Alts wagon has a townie person, a scummy person, a sheep, someone who is probably town and shilster who is a counter wagon
heythere wagon has two townie people plus the spectator who is confirmed town from their POV

Top and bottom ones are confirmable, heythere's can be confirmable as early as tomorrow and shilster could be confirmable, not as much as heythere can though tbh
Heythere lynch is clearly not happening today for this reason, still very skeptical of her though, the spectator hardly ever veers away from their gut but they feel like they have to in this instance.

Whenever the spectator goes against their gut for mechanical reasons, they look at who else is on the wagons and decide which wagon looks purer according to their own reads.

Alts wagon has elusive and hereisme on it but also mdb and noping (town, town lean, scum lean, null/scum lean)
shilster has loretta but also destruction and timur, also had hoping before hoping switched (town lean, null, null/scum lean [null/scum lean])

TL:DR both wagons are pretty shit tbh but the least shit one has one of the spectator's highest town reads on it

Re: SFM33: Alphabet Mafia(Day One[A, B, C])

ElusiveBelle wrote:Wrong on the first account, Alt is arguing wagons and claiming them bad without offering another on their own, which is the same point you have against HtG currently. Alt only became a wagon because of this fact. The defensive part of the wagon is just wrong due to it being prior to becoming a wagon. Alt only starts to get defensive when called out about their nonsense, particularly their very non town agenda of having roles proven and abilities in the open to know how to handle them. There has been no town aligned agenda coming from Alt.

As for the second bit again if we're arguing this it's the same and on par with Alt, only now Alt is becoming a wagon because of the fact unlike HtG whom was becoming a wagon for a "safe lynch." Which mind you is also a scummy agenda. Nothing about the HtG wagon comes from a town's perspective.

The spectator's vote on heythere wasn't because it was a "safe lynch". Heythere just pinged them way more, since alt is already voting someone whereas heythere isn't. Granted he wasn't technically pushing it hard at the time but heythere wasn't even on anyone's wagon while bitching how bad the shilster wagon is, and still hasn't placed a vote on anyone while complaining about how little time there is left. If the spectator is going to be scum read for scum reading heythere and not alts then so fucking be it.
Hopefully someone visits the spectator tonight to clear some things up.

The spectator hates that shilster has just given up, seems very anti town tbh, but heythere's behaviour on the shilster wagon is extremely pingy. Classic example of scum defending town or scum defending scum of another faction. If this is what's going on here, heythere would be the scum in either scenario, so how does it make sense to lynch shilster just because heythere is hard defending them and the spectator thinks this defending comes from scum? For associations? The spectator would prefer lynching someone they believe is more likely to flip scum off the bat.

shilster has 5 votes with heythere at 3 and alts at 2
there's five hours left in the day

The spectator still doesn't get why heythere, while unsupportive of the shilster wagon, is doing nothing to prevent it from happening

You mean like Alt is doing? Why push that logic on one and not the other?

You cant push your agenda on one and ignore another by the same logic, Alt is arguing points but offers nothing of value of their own merit.
If anything they're doing a lot less than HtG is.

You have a point but how is what alts is doing comparable with that heythere is doing? Alts isn't defending someone else's wagon without pushing an alternative. He responded defensively to his own wagon because it's a bad wagon
Alts is behaving like shit but the spectator isn't scum reading him atm tbh
"Arguing points but offers nothing of value of their own merit", you could argue that about a significant number of other players right now, hell some people aren't even doing the first part. Heythere's behaviour in particular pings as scum because it's directly to do with a lynch that she's doing so little to prevent despite claiming to not want it to take place.

Re: SFM33: Alphabet Mafia(Day One[A, B, C])

Heythere being strongly against voting shilster yet not voting/pushing another target seems scummy and unproductive to the spectator especially this close to EOD. She seems to be making it appear like she's preventing the lynch but in reality she's actually doing squat.

The "why are we trying to hammer a doctor claim" plus pretty much all of her posts since then are really bad. Has four posts since it pretty much saying "herpy derpy I don't want to lynch a doctor claim" but does nothing to stop or change the wagon to someone else. Shilster still has the most amount of votes so if heythere really didn't want him lynched she'd be actively trying to push one of her scum read yet she hasn't.

Using outside influences and bringing them into the game
this example (more concerned with the bolded part) is a grey area tbh but it's probably still best to avoid this kind of argument to influence your reads
another example is calling someone out for not posting in the game thread despite them posting in other games or other areas on the forums and using that to influence how you read them

What do you mean by the last sentence? The first part and the second part kinda contradict it.

Im not sure how it contradicts it. The last sentence was about htg's 'U for Useless' claim. The first one was about ici's ability being kinda 'useless'. The second was pointing out we needing a new wagon now ici hardclaimed something that seems fine, and also outlined my preference with keeping my neck intact.
